For your new projects or startups, a common pain point is having to spend hundreds of dollars a year on business email just to get listed on the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, even before you earn your first subscription fee.

You are never asked for card details.
The domain is the one cost, and you buy it in your own name. Point the records at us and mail flows; remove them and it stops.
10 MB per file, 25 MB per message, 500 MB of attachment storage. Kept until you delete them — nothing expires on a timer.

“Your new business. A new domain name and new identity. Yet it usually costs you USD100+/year for a stable inbox. When you open one more for your staff, the cost doubles.”

As many as you want on a verified domain, each a real mailbox with its own inbox and password. There is no seat to count and no per-address charge.
We produce the exact MX, SPF and DKIM records for your registrar and keep re-checking until they resolve. You paste; we verify.
The domain is yours at your own registrar. Remove the records and mail stops routing to us. There is no contract to cancel and nobody to ask.
Your mail is not read to build a profile, not sold or disclosed commercially, and never used to train a model.
No IT team, no admin, no server to run. If you can copy and paste, you can do this — on a laptop or, start to finish, on your phone.
Create an account, open Settings and enter the domain you own. We register it for mail and generate the exact records to publish.
Paste them into your registrar — DKIM, SPF and MX, following the instructions in Settings. Omucloud keeps checking and flips to verified on its own.
Create as many addresses on the domain as you need. Mail lands in your inbox, and the composer sends from your own address.

Rich text, links, code blocks, Cc and Bcc, reply and reply-all — sent from your domain, authenticated.

Every message stored, paginated and searchable, with unread state and inline images.

Mail is scoped to the mailbox it was delivered to, and attachments are never public files.

Remove the records any time and mail stops routing to us. Nothing to cancel, no lock-in.

.ics / Google / Outlook invitations are detected automatically, so you can RSVP straight from the message.

Set a display name and a signature once; every reply and forward carries them.
Every other provider prices email per person, per month. Drag the count and watch the yearly bill move.
Per-user list prices for each provider’s entry business plan × 12 months, USD. You still pay your own registrar for the domain itself.
Attachments live in private storage. Nothing is served from a public URL.
Which mailbox a message belongs to is decided on delivery, never from headers a sender controls.
Every read is scoped to the mailbox you signed into.
No SOC 2, no ISO 27001 (yet). Our security page says what we do have and do not have.
Who operates Omucloud
Omucloud is an Alano product, built and operated by Alano Tech Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore. Alano and Opptymizer are sister companies sharing a founding team — Opptymizer is an enterprise CRM, CDP and AI consultancy working across Singapore, Malaysia and Australia.
Opptymizer is a Salesforce Partner, an OpenAI Select Partner and a Notion Solutions Partner.

These partnerships are held by Opptymizer, not by Omucloud. Salesforce, OpenAI, Notion and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners.
Three teams that moved addresses off a per-seat plan and onto a domain they already owned. The seat counts and prices are theirs; the totals are what those add up to over a year.
Peter HoFounderciuslabs.com(opens in a new tab)We paid for eight Google Workspace seats mostly so the studio had hi@ and peter@ on its own domain. Omucloud gave us the same addresses on ciuslabs.com in an afternoon — real inboxes that send, not forwarding rules.Saves USD 1,150/yrwas 8 seats × USD 12/mo
Timson KwokFoundertrafficholic.com(opens in a new tab)Pictured: Milo, the trafficholic mascot
Every campaign we run wants its own address on trafficholic.com, and Microsoft 365 billed us a seat for each one. Moving them across took an evening of DNS, and mail still leaves from our own domain, DKIM-signed.Saves USD 500/yrwas 5 seats × USD 100/yr
Kason LoManaging Partner, Omu LabsInstagram(opens in a new tab)We make many apps and we own 20+ custom domains, and each domain we need basic info@, privacy@ etc. I was paying dozens of Outlook seats for that. Setup here was three DNS records.Saves USD 2,000/yrwas 20 seats × USD 100/yr

Once the domain is verified, every address on it is yours to create — one for each person, one for each campaign, one for every app you ship. Nobody counts seats, because there is no seat to count.
For teams
Verify your domain, upload your logo, and Omucloud gives you mail.omucloud.co/yourcompany.com — a sign-in page carrying your mark and your domain name, with the personal sign-up route hidden so nobody lands on the wrong address. Paste it into your onboarding doc once and it works for everyone you hire after that.
See what your team seesOmucloud is permanently free. There is no trial period, no paid tier, no subscription and no ongoing fee — free is the only plan that exists, and no credit card is ever requested. This is applicable to all users and domains registered now. We reserve the right to change the pricing mode for new customers in the future.
Unlimited. Once your domain is verified you can create as many addresses on it as you want — hello@, sales@, billing@, one for every person on the team — each a real mailbox with its own inbox and password, at no cost.
There is no hidden charge. Addresses on your domain are unlimited, and the honest limits are all on attachments: 10 MB per file, 25 MB per message, and 500 MB of attachment storage per account. That storage is yours to manage — attachments are kept until you delete them and are never removed on a timer. You still pay your own registrar for the domain itself.
Yes. Once your domain is verified, Settings shows a Business sign in link — a URL of the form mail.omucloud.co/yourcompany.com that opens a sign-in page carrying your logo and your domain name instead of the Omucloud mark, with the personal sign-up route hidden. It is branding rather than single sign-on: the same addresses and passwords, no SAML or directory sync, and no cost.
Yes. Add your domain in Omucloud, publish the DKIM, SPF and MX records we generate at your registrar, and once DNS verifies you can send and receive mail on that domain. Create as many addresses on it as you like — all free.
Yes. Every address sits on the domain you own — hello@yourcompany.com rather than a free provider's — and outgoing mail is DKIM-signed and SPF-authorised from that domain, which is what makes it arrive looking like a business instead of landing in spam. It is the same professional email address a paid plan gives you, without the per-user charge.
Register a domain at any registrar for about 10 to 15 USD a year, add it to a free Omucloud account, publish three DNS records and create as many addresses on it as the business needs. There is no per-mailbox charge, no subscription and no card form, so the domain is the only money in the whole arrangement — and the entire setup can be done from a phone.
ImprovMX and Cloudflare Email Routing forward inbound mail to an address you already have. Cloudflare Email Service can also send from your domain, but from a Worker, the REST API or SMTP on a paid plan — there is no inbox to open. Omucloud is a real two-way mailbox: mail to your domain is stored in an inbox you sign into on the web or your phone, and the composer sends from your own address, DKIM-signed, with nothing to deploy.
Zoho's Forever Free plan caps you at five users and withholds IMAP and POP access. Omucloud lets you create unlimited addresses on a verified domain, with no per-user cap. Being straight about the other direction: Omucloud is a web app and does not offer IMAP, POP or SMTP at all, and Zoho has a much broader office suite, native mobile apps and paid support that Omucloud does not.
No. Omucloud handles sending, receiving, spam-safe authentication and storage. You only publish DNS records at whoever you bought your domain from.
Yes, start to finish. Creating the account, adding the domain you own, copying the DNS records into your registrar's panel and reading your first message all run in a mobile browser on an iPhone or an Android phone — so you can have a professional email address on your own domain without ever opening a laptop.
The Omucloud iPhone app arrives on 1 September 2026, and the Android app is still in development, so there is no App Store or Play Store listing to search for yet. Either way you are not waiting to use Omucloud: everything works in a mobile browser today, and the interface is built mobile-first — a bottom tab bar, a card feed and a full-screen composer — so setup and daily use both work from a phone.
Three steps and about 3 minutes of work. DNS usually propagates within a few minutes, occasionally a few hours; Omucloud re-checks automatically and shows the live status of every record.
Yes: 10 MB per file, 25 MB per message, 20 attachments and 25 recipients per message, and 500 MB of attachment storage per account. Attachments are kept until you delete them, and nothing expires on a timer. Reaching 500 MB does not stop mail arriving — everything sent to you is still delivered and stored. What stops is attaching files to messages you send, until you free space from Settings.
Claim a free @omucloud.co address instead. You can add your own custom domain later from Settings without losing anything.
Yes. Omucloud includes a composer with rich text, attachments, inline images, reply and reply-all, so a verified domain works in both directions.
No credit card. Three DNS records. About three minutes.
